On the Run is a St. Louis-based convenience store known for being clean, friendly and part of the community. But they didn't always differentiate from other convenience stores. There was an opportunity to strengthen brand awareness and increase store foot traffic.
We wanted to make the store experience the brand centerpiece rather than the function of just getting gas. We wanted to move beyond the tactical and build a store experience that fills both the emotional and functional needs of the customer.
So we shifted our mindset from "Make it Convenient" to "Make it Memorable."
The Campaign: It's On
"It's On" shows that On the Run understands its consumers' busy lifestyles. The campaign showcases that On the Run is the place where the best food, snacks, deals and overall experience is always found. The creative features bright, solid colors. Messaging is short but impactful, leaning into relevant every day moments we all have in common.
